Terms and Conditions for Teachers

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration and use of the Teach Maths Global platform (“Platform”) by individual teachers, educators, or applicants (“Teacher”, “you”, or “your”). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and to be legally bound by them.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Teach Maths Global is a specialised recruitment platform dedicated exclusively to connecting qualified Mathematics teachers with international schools through a secure, verified, and transparent recruitment process.
The Platform acts as a recruitment intermediary and facilitates introductions, communication, and placement opportunities between Teachers and Schools.
2. Teacher Registration and Accuracy of Information
By registering on the Platform, you represent and warrant that:
- All information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- Your qualifications, experience, certifications, and employment history are genuine and verifiable.
- You are legally permitted to seek employment in international educational settings.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and account access.
Teach Maths Global reserves the right to:
- Verify identity, qualifications, and references
- Request supporting documentation
- Suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, or unverifiable information
3. Candidate Representation and Introduction to Schools
By submitting your profile, CV, or personal information to the Platform:
- You authorise Teach Maths Global to present your professional profile to registered schools for recruitment purposes.
- Any introduction made to a school through the Platform constitutes a formal recruitment introduction managed by Teach Maths Global.
- Recruitment communication, interviews, offers, and hiring processes must remain within the Teach Maths Global framework, unless otherwise authorised in writing.
4. Anti-Circumvention Obligations
To protect the integrity of the recruitment process, you agree that you will not:
- Bypass the Platform to contact a school that accessed your details through Teach Maths Global.
- Accept employment offers from introduced schools outside the Platform’s recruitment process.
- Share school contact information obtained through the Platform with third parties.
- Use introductions made by Teach Maths Global to negotiate private employment independently.
These restrictions apply for twenty-four (24) months from the date of first introduction to a school. Any attempt to circumvent the Platform constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
5. Fees and Financial Responsibility
Teachers are not charged recruitment placement fees unless expressly stated in writing for optional premium services.
However, if a Teacher:
- Accepts employment with a school introduced through the Platform outside the Platform’s process, or
- Participates in actions intended to avoid placement fees owed by the school,
Teach Maths Global reserves the right to:
- Suspend or permanently terminate the Teacher’s account
- Seek recovery of associated losses or damages where permitted by law
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Provide only information you are authorised to share.
- Respect the confidentiality of school information accessed through the Platform.
- Comply with applicable privacy, safeguarding, and data protection laws.
Teach Maths Global will process personal data in accordance with applicable international data protection standards and Platform privacy policies.
7. Professional Conduct and Safeguarding
Teachers using the Platform must:
- Maintain professional, ethical, and lawful conduct in all communications.
- Provide truthful safeguarding disclosures, including background checks where required.
- Refrain from discriminatory, abusive, or misleading behaviour.
Teach Maths Global may suspend or remove any Teacher whose conduct does not meet professional or safeguarding expectations.
8. No Guarantee of Employment
- Job interviews
- Employment offers
- Placement in a specific country or school
Registration on the Platform does not guarantee the above. Teach Maths Global provides recruitment facilitation only and does not control final hiring decisions made by schools.
9. Suspension or Termination of Access
Teach Maths Global reserves the right to suspend or terminate Teacher access at its sole discretion, including for:
- False or misleading information
- Circumvention attempts
- Misuse of confidential data
- Unprofessional or unlawful conduct
Termination does not affect any legal rights or obligations arising prior to termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted under Wyoming and United States law, Teach Maths Global shall not be liable for:
- Employment disputes between Teachers and Schools
- Visa, relocation, contractual, or workplace matters after hiring
- Indirect or consequential losses arising from recruitment outcomes
Liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount of fees paid by the Teacher to Teach Maths Global for optional services related to the specific claim.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or Platform use shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the Teach Maths Global Platform, you confirm that you have:
- Read, understood, and agreed to these Terms
- Accepted the anti-circumvention obligations and Wyoming governing jurisdiction
If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
