Terms and Conditions for Schools
Effective Date: 1 April 2026
Governing Jurisdiction: State of Wyoming, United States of America
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the registration and use of the Teach Maths Global platform (“Platform”) by schools, educational institutions, and their representatives (“School”, “you”, or “your”). By registering, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and to be legally bound by them.
1. Purpose of the Platform
Teach Maths Global is a specialised recruitment platform dedicated exclusively to connecting qualified Mathematics teachers with international schools through a secure, verified, and transparent recruitment process.
All communication, interviews, offers, negotiations, and hiring activities arising from a candidate introduced through the Platform must remain within the Teach Maths Global recruitment framework unless expressly authorised in writing.
2. School Registration and Accuracy of Information
By registering, the School represents and warrants that:
- All information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete.
- The School is a legitimate educational institution authorised to recruit teaching staff.
- Account login credentials will be kept secure and confidential.
Teach Maths Global reserves the right to:
- Verify institutional identity and authority
- Request supporting documentation
- Suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information
3. Candidate Introduction and Ownership
Any Mathematics teacher profile, curriculum vitae, personal data, or contact information accessed through the Platform constitutes a formal candidate introduction by Teach Maths Global.
- All candidates introduced via the Platform remain under the exclusive recruitment management of Teach Maths Global for twenty-four (24) months from the date of first access, download, communication, or interview.
- Schools may not bypass the Platform to communicate with, interview, negotiate with, or hire introduced candidates outside Teach Maths Global processes.
- This restriction applies whether contact occurs directly, indirectly, through affiliates, agents, related entities, or third-party recruiters.
4. Anti-Circumvention and Direct Hiring Prohibition
The School agrees not to:
- Contact candidates outside the Platform using personal email, telephone, messaging applications, social media, or intermediaries.
- Encourage candidates to apply directly to the School outside Teach Maths Global.
- Post equivalent vacancies elsewhere for the purpose of hiring an introduced candidate independently.
- Delay hiring through the Platform and subsequently employ or engage the same candidate outside Teach Maths Global.
- Use candidate information obtained from the Platform for any recruitment activity not conducted through Teach Maths Global.
Any such action constitutes a material breach of contract.
5. Placement Fees and Financial Liability
If a School hires, contracts, or otherwise engages a candidate introduced through the Platform:
- The full placement fee is immediately due and payable to Teach Maths Global,
- Regardless of whether the engagement occurred inside or outside the Platform.
This obligation applies to any engagement occurring within twenty-four (24) months of the original introduction.
In the event of circumvention or non-payment, Teach Maths Global reserves the right to:
- Charge the full placement fee plus interest, recovery costs, and legal expenses
- Suspend or permanently terminate the School’s access
- Pursue legal remedies available under Wyoming and applicable U.S. law
6. Confidentiality and Data Protection
- Treat all candidate data as strictly confidential.
- Use candidate information solely for recruitment through Teach Maths Global.
- Comply with all applicable data protection, privacy, and safeguarding laws.
Unauthorised storage, sharing, disclosure, or external recruitment use of candidate data is strictly prohibited.
7. Safeguarding, Ethics, and Professional Conduct
- Follow recognised international safeguarding and child-protection standards.
- Provide accurate and transparent information regarding roles, salary, benefits, visa status, and working conditions.
- Conduct recruitment in a fair, lawful, and non-discriminatory manner.
Teach Maths Global may remove or refuse service to any School that fails to meet professional, ethical, or safeguarding expectations.
8. Suspension or Termination
Teach Maths Global may suspend or terminate access at its sole discretion, including where there is:
- Attempted circumvention
- Misuse of candidate data
- Misrepresentation
- Unethical or unlawful conduct
Termination does not eliminate financial obligations related to prior candidate introductions or fees owed.
9. Limitation of Liability
Teach Maths Global operates solely as a recruitment intermediary platform and shall not be liable for:
- Employment disputes between Schools and teachers
- Contractual, immigration, or workplace matters after hiring
- Losses arising from School decisions or internal policies
To the fullest extent permitted under Wyoming and United States law, liability is limited to the amount of fees paid to Teach Maths Global in relation to the specific placement giving rise to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be:
- Subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and
- Resolved in accordance with Wyoming commercial and contract law.
11. Acceptance of Terms
By registering or using the Teach Maths Global Platform, the School:
- Confirms it has read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
- Accepts the anti-circumvention obligations, placement fee liability, and Wyoming governing jurisdiction.
If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Platform.
